Creamy Chocolate Pudding

We all love chocolate pudding right ? So here's my easy fast recipe that requires only four ingredients. After you make it I'm sure you will want more so lets start!!

Ingredients you will need :

3 tablespoon cornstarch
2 tablespoon sugar
1/2 cup cocoa powder
2 1/2 cups milk
nuts for decoration (optional)
This recipe is enough to serve 3

Preparation

In a bowl add the milk and carefully add the cornstarch one spoon at a time and mix well . Add sugar and cocoa powder and make sure everything is combined .

Transfer the mixture into a saucepan and bring the mixture to boil stirring it consistently because is you don't keep stirring the mixture all the time it will create lumps that will show in the final product, and we don't want that. We surely want to have a smooth creamy texture.

After it comes to a boil the mixture should be thick . Pour it in the cups you want to serve it in and wait until it cools a little .

Now its time to decorate with whatever your hearts desire . I used walnuts here but you can use hazelnuts, almonds, coconut shaves or some whipped cream would be perfect. The possibilities are endless
I really hope you give these recipe a try and please let me know
love you lots

Stuffed Potato Log

Potatoes are definitely my favorite vegetables because the ways to cook them are endless and I always try to come out with new recipes to make them not so boring as people think they are. Today I made these potato logs stuffed with mozzarella and bacon that I know you will absolutely love just like I did

The ingredients you will need :
(these ingredients make 2 big logs enough to serve 6 people)

6 potatoes (normal size)

300 gr mozzarella

300 gr bacon

2 eggs

50 gr butter (at room temperature)

bread crumbs

1/2 cup graded Parmesan cheese

salt and pepper

parsley

Preparation

Start off with boiling the potatoes for 30 minutes. Then peel of the skin and mash them with a fork or a potato masher . Add in the butter (because the potatoes are hot the butter will melt nicely) eggs , bread crumbs, parmesan and the seasonings. Mix well

Take the half of the potato filling and spread it on a parchment paper in a rectangular shape 30cmx20cm .

Put bacon, mozzarella, parmesan cheese and start creating the log shape with the help of the parchment paper.

Place the logs in a backing tray with a little bit of oil or non stick cooking spray. Pop the logs in a pre heated oven and bake them for 30-40 minutes (180oC) until they are slightly golden.
